Web site of the Green Vespa. The bar is owned by an Irishman by the name of Alan.  Alan works hard at entertaining customers and can be useful to talk to if you're new in town. His bar is open from 6am to 2am and serves breakfast if you are catching a boat to Siam Reap (Angkor Wat).
